Introduction These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Five Senses Tours & Travel website, booking platform, mobile pages, and related online services (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services or making a booking you agree to be bound by these Terms and any specific terms provided at time of booking. “We,” “us,” and “Five Senses” refer to The Five Senses Tours & Travel.
Bookings and Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Five Senses and the applicable travel suppliers (hotels, carriers, guides, activity providers).
- A booking is confirmed only when we issue a confirmation (email or electronic voucher) and any required deposit or payment is received.
- Confirmation details (itinerary, passenger names, prices, terms) are your responsibility to check. Notify us immediately of errors.
Prices, Payments, and Fees
- Quoted prices include those specified in the confirmation. Prices may change before payment is received due to currency fluctuations, supplier increases, taxes, or fees.
- Full payment deadlines, deposits, and accepted payment methods will be stated at booking. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.
- We may charge service fees for bookings, changes, cancellations, or special requests; these will be disclosed at booking where applicable.
- All payments processed through our site use third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers except as necessary and permitted by law and payment provider rules.
Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
- Cancellation and change policies vary by product and supplier and will be specified at booking. Fees and penalties may apply.
- To cancel or change a booking, contact us as instructed in your confirmation. Supplier-imposed cancellation fees may apply immediately upon cancellation.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to supplier rules and our refund procedures. Service fees may not be refundable.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations, interruptions, and other losses.
