The departure and arrival points are flexible to suit your preferences, whether it’s from Phnom Penh to Phnom Penh or from Siem Reap to Siem Reap, allowing you to personalize your adventure according to your desires and fully enjoy your exploration in the heart of Cambodia!

The private stay is flexible; services can be added or removed, and the itinerary can be modified. The price may then be adjusted accordingly.

  • Free cancellation up to 15 days before departure.
  • For cancellations made 1 week before departure, a fee of 50% of the total amount will be applied.
  • For cancellations made 1 day before departure or during the stay, a fee of 100% will be applied.
  1. Guide Services Cancellation:
  • Free cancellation up to 1 month before departure.
  • For cancellations made 15 days before departure, a fee of 100% will be applied.
  1. Service Modifications:
  • Changes to transportation service dates are free of charge, subject to availability.
  • Changes to the services of the French-speaking guide are possible, subject to the guide’s approval.
  1. Hotel Cancellation:
  • Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.
  • For cancellations made up to 1 day before arrival, the first two nights will be charged.
  • For cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival or during the stay, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

Any trip interrupted by the Client (for health reasons or otherwise) does not entitle them to any refund for unused services.
