Introduction These Terms & Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern your use of The Five Senses Tours & Travel website, booking platform, mobile pages, and related online services (collectively, the \u201cServices\u201d). By using our Services or making a booking you agree to be bound by these Terms and any specific terms provided at time of booking. \u201cWe,\u201d \u201cus,\u201d and \u201cFive Senses\u201d refer to The Five Senses Tours & Travel.<\/p>

Bookings and Confirmation<\/strong><\/h3>
  • All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Five Senses and the applicable travel suppliers (hotels, carriers, guides, activity providers).<\/li>
  • A booking is confirmed only when we issue a confirmation (email or electronic voucher) and any required deposit or payment is received.<\/li>
  • Confirmation details (itinerary, passenger names, prices, terms) are your responsibility to check. Notify us immediately of errors.<\/li><\/ul>

    Prices, Payments, and Fees<\/strong><\/h3>
    • Quoted prices include those specified in the confirmation. Prices may change before payment is received due to currency fluctuations, supplier increases, taxes, or fees.<\/li>
    • Full payment deadlines, deposits, and accepted payment methods will be stated at booking. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits.<\/li>
    • We may charge service fees for bookings, changes, cancellations, or special requests; these will be disclosed at booking where applicable.<\/li>
    • All payments processed through our site use third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers except as necessary and permitted by law and payment provider rules.<\/li><\/ul>

      Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds<\/h3>
